Eng. Ahmed El-Deeb is a prominent leader with over 30 years of experience in ‎mechanical engineering, power systems, and field services, particularly in the oil & gas ‎and heavy equipment sectors.‎
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (1996) from Alexandria ‎University – Faculty of Engineering.‎
He began his career in 1997 as a Mechanical Field Service Engineer at Mantrac, the ‎authorized dealer of Caterpillar Inc. in Egypt, where he gained strong hands-on ‎experience.‎
In 2005, he assumed the position of General Manager at Delta Trac in Egypt, where he ‎led operational activities and contributed to improving organizational performance ‎until 2007.‎
He joined Fawares Petroleum Services Company in Kuwait in 2007 as Power Systems ‎Manager. In 2017, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer / General ‎Manager, where he currently leads the company’s strategic direction, enhances ‎operational efficiency, and supports growth and expansion plans.‎
He is recognized for his strong leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise, and ‎his ability to deliver sustainable results in dynamic work environments.‎
