Mr. Fayez Ahmed Al-Madhkour has over 30 years of professional experience in water resources, building management and maintenance, as well as leadership experience in public services, public relations, and media within the oil and gas sector.

He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Fawaris Petroleum Services since December 2025, where he contributes to supporting strategic direction and strengthening corporate governance.

Previously, he held the positions of Manager of General Services Group and Manager of Public Relations and Media Group at Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) for 7 years, where he was responsible for managing building construction and maintenance services, overseeing corporate communications, and enhancing the company’s public image.

He also worked as Head of Building Maintenance Team at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) for 14 years, where he was responsible for maintaining administrative buildings and residential complexes in Al Ahmadi City, in addition to managing construction activities, periodic maintenance programs, and leading technical teams.

At the beginning of his career, he worked as an Engineer at the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources for 9 years, specializing in the design and implementation of projects utilizing treated wastewater in landscaping and beautification agriculture, including the construction of water reservoirs, transportation networks, and irrigation systems.
